John McMenamy

Broker

John provides the leadership and direction for Florida Coastal Jacksonville Realty. He has a B.A. in Real Estate Economics from the University of North Florida, as well as more than three decades worth of first-hand experience in real estate sales, property management and commercial real estate in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.

Carol McMenamy

Vice President

Carol is a licensed real estate broker and certified Home Stager.

She is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). According to the National Association of Realtors:

Carol loves maximizing a home’s appeal through well taken photos. She enjoys helping people and making things run smoothly. She likes being part of a company with a team approach and cutting edge technology that makes a difference for clients.

Carol has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She also earned credits at the masters level in business administration from Bradley University. She has 10 years of administrative experience at the senior management level, including heading a division with 300 employees and a 13 million dollar budget.

Aaron McMenamy

Rentals & Sales

Aaron is a licensed Realtor who has been with Florida Coastal Jacksonville Realty since 2011. In his role as a Property Manager, he focuses on evaluation of tenant applications, leasing and coordination of repairs. In addition to general property management, he is an experienced Sales Associate who has worked with buyers and sellers. He has sold a number of properties for with owners who no longer wish to continue to as landlords and has assisted investors looking for rental property to purchase.

Aaron has extensive prior experience in customer service and trouble-shooting, as he previously worked in the automotive service industry for more than 15 years.

He is a lifelong resident of the Jacksonville area, so he is extremely familiar with the various communities and their related issues.
